Energy Efficiency Strategy Director
Location: Beijing
Purpose:
• To propose, organize and coordinate all actions internally and externally that will grow the SE brand awareness in the matter of Energy Efficiency and the EE turn over. One of the main KPI is the growth of the EE business in China
• Complementary to EE business responsibility, could be the leader of the University program
Roles and Responsibility:
• In the frame of Schneider Electric global strategy, propose and prioritize all actions related to growing SECI Energy Efficiency positioning and market awareness
• Drive all the agreed programs related to external visibility amongst the public community
Relationship with major governmental bodies (NDRC, DRC, ERI….)
Propose and organize SECI presence within the major public events on EE
Propose and manage any proprietary event for SECI EE better positioning
• Adapt and manage all “go to market “ strategies to grow EE business
Formalize all the key value chain actors
Identify the new partnerships, especially in customer attraction ( ESCOs), Financing, and execution and propose the associated strategies
Manage all constructions of Cooperation (M&A..) that could grow the business in any way, including new potential business models, route to markets…
Articulate the acceptable role of SECI actors ( BUs, PST…) in the different business models
• Manage the internal programs aimed at improving the global competence in EE at the appropriate level
Understand and coordinate with SE global initiative
Define with operations ( BUs and PST) the optimum requirements and make sure of real business closing
Manage the implementation of knowledge sharing primarily with SLIC
Organize all Communications (External and Internal) related to EE business
• Deploy and manage the University program
Organize the deployment of the program to the targeted Universities
Organize all the initiatives that stimulates the visibility of the program and the involvement of the students as well as the University leaders
Coordinate with HR to leverage this program (for “employer of Choice” program and with SLIC for customer training development in Universities
